Depending on the needs of the alleged cases, JaCER member companies may appoint Advisory and Mediation Panel members to resolve human rights violation cases.
JaCER will utilize this list prepared by the Business and Human Rights Lawyers Network Japan and establish Advisory and Mediation Panels as necessary.

The Advisory and Mediation Panel will be established and operated in accordance with the Advisory and Mediation Panel Guidelines developed by the Business and Human Rights Lawyers Network Japan.
